Nanos in front of Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru

on Monday, June 21, 2010

Vidhana Soudha is the most prominent and powerful building in the Garden city of Bangalore. Vidhana Soudha houses state legislative assembly and was built by Kengal Hanumantayya in 1950s

After the photo session at nearby Cubbon Park, we took the nanos in front of Vidhana Soudha and took some pics of Nano with Vidhana Soudha in the background. However this was very challenging, due to various factors. The road infront of Vidhana Soudha is one of the busiest. We didn't have the luxury of parking the cars as per our wish and had to take shots while cars moved slowly. It was fairly difficult to get a perfect shot of 3 cars, with Vidhana Soudha in background and with no traffic in between.

Below are a few of my shots of Nano infront of Vidhana Soudha.

TV9 Coverage of Superdrive in Bengaluru

on Sunday, June 20, 2010

Bangalore media was very enthusiastic about Nano Superdrive. They took lot of efforts to interact with Superdrive team, take multiple photos in various angles, rearrange the vehicles in different styles and so on. They had lot of questions to ask the crew.

I spoke to TV9 and Kasturi channels about the Superdrive Experience.

We'd interacted with television media earlier, but this is the first time I noticed it being aired later in the night. Made a poor quality video using my POS Camera and below is the recording of the same. The clipping is in Kannada language

Post No. 100: Bengaluru Welcomes us with Rainbow

Bengaluru is well known for its pleasant weather and it was proved once again. As we approached the city, we switched off AC, rolled down windows and enjoyed the feel of Bengaluru.

An official at Concorde motors asked us why were r driving with windows down. We replied its because we're in Bengaluru...

A nice rainbow was spotted last evening... Bengalore welcomes us in a great way
