TV9 Coverage of Superdrive in Bengaluru
on Sunday, June 20, 2010Bangalore media was very enthusiastic about Nano Superdrive. They took lot of efforts to interact with Superdrive team, take multiple photos in various angles, rearrange the vehicles in different styles and so on. They had lot of questions to ask the crew.

Mr Manoj, General Manager, Automatrix, Mangalore gave statistics and customer response to Nano. He said over 155 Nanos have been delivered so far in Mangaluru.

Mangalore public had great time at Nano get together. The hall was smaller compared to Mumbai or Pune and was fully packed. Turn out was great and much higher than expected. Mangalore Tata Nano customer meet in pictures:

Caught up with Mangalore Big FM's RJ Avinash yesterday. We met near Kudroli temple where Big FM Winners were given an opportunity to test drive the Nano.

What Mumbaikars say about Nano
on Tuesday, June 8, 2010I spoke to several Tata Nano owners in Mumbai. All were proud to be owning one. They were thankful to Mr Ratan Tata for his vision and enjoyed the celebrity status they got in a Nano.

I met Nakul Gandhi and Deepak in the langue of Concorde Motors. They'd won an opportunity to test drive Nano and were pretty excited about it.

They were given event T shirts and after verifying their license and safety briefings, keys were handed over to them. Nakul would drive first 50 kms (till Panvel) and Deepak would takeover from there till Lonvala, our pitstop enroute to Pune.
Nakul drove the first stretch and seemed to enjoy the drive. I caught up with him for a quick, in car video shoot after his drive and he shared his experience as below. (regrets for poor lighting in the video)
Deepak works with Pharma industry and he is awaiting delivery of his Nano in a month's time. After the drive, he is now eagerly awaiting delivery of his car. Post lunch, I could do a video interview with him with the bright green Nano in the background. View the video for his experience
